Emotions; when you have one you be curious about it, ask yourself where in my body am I feeling it?
if you feel it in your head, ignore it because it will pass when you do something different.
If you feel it in your heart, sit with it & ask yourself why?
If you feel it in your gut, your body may be trying to tell you something, you should listen to it, wait for an answer, it wont be anything loud but a subtle feeling you may not have otherwise thought of. You might benefit from sharing this feeling or thought with a confidant.
But at least like a wheel, our thoughts will keep on turning!
